We know, like us, you are watching the news unfold, and we hope you and your loved ones are safe and well. None of us could have imagined where the world would stand today.

Our Government has asked us to pull together to keep each other protected and supported, which we are determined to do. The well-being of our fellow Australians and the Veronika Maine community is my company’s top priority, both our team and you personally, our valued customer.

We want to keep you informed during this time, so below is an update from the Veronika Maine team on the service changes that are being implemented as the world evolves. We’re so proud to have dressed women from all around the world for over 20 years. The Australian spirit is strong – together we can get through this!

Stores

We have temporarily closed all Veronika Maine stores along with our shops within Myer and David Jones.

We have made this decision because it’s the responsible thing to do. We will reopen when we know it is safe to do so and we look forward to seeing you again once this heartbreaking health crisis has passed.

Online

If you feel you need some fashion to cheer your mood, our online store has access to every style and we’re open 24/7.

We have also increased hygiene practices in our warehouse in line with advice from the Australian Department of Health.

Shipping

Click & Collect Orders

If you have a Click & Collect order that is ready for collection in a store that has been temporarily closed, our Customer Care team will be in touch as soon as possible to arrange an alternative solution. 

Returns

To make your shopping experience a little easier, we have extended our returns policy from 15 days to 30 days along with free returns within Australia until further notice.
If you wish to return a purchase you recently made in-store, you will have 14 days to do so once our stores re-open.

At Cue Clothing Co. HQ we are actively adjusting the way we work and acting quickly in-line with advice from the Australian Government Department of Health, continually reinforcing safety disciplines. To date we have implemented flexible hours and the ability to work from home. This applies to our Customer Care Team. As a result, there may be longer than usual wait times to speak with our team. We are doing everything we can to stay connected and accessible during this time. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.

Do the ten to keep you and our community safe:

  1. Wash your hands with soap regularly for at least 20 seconds
  2. Sanitise your hands
  3. Cough into your elbow or tissue
  4. Avoid touching your face
  5. Avoid human touch-contact including hugging and shaking hands
  6. Regularly clean surfaces with anti-bacterial wipes including your mobile phone and computer
  7. Use plastic to tap pay – avoid handling cash
  8. Use an object to press lift buttons not your bare finger
  9. Use disposable rubber gloves when touching door handles, petrol dispensers etc.
  10. Maintain social distancing of at least 1.5m apart
