VICTORIAN UPDATE

Victorian Stores

We have temporarily closed our Victorian stores, along with our shops within Myer and David Jones with the exception of our Myer shops at Geelong, Bendigo and Ballarat which are now open. We will reopen remaining stores once restrictions ease and it is safe again.

Victorian Returns

We’ve relaxed our returns policy in Victoria until further notice. If you wish to return a purchase you recently made, you will have 14 days to do so once our stores re-open.

Stores

Outside of Victoria, most of our stores are now open with limited hours, find our daily store openings here.

As our top priority is the safety and wellbeing of you, our loyal customers and retail team, each store is:
• Welcoming you with hand sanitiser on arrival and departure
• Strictly practicing social distancing
• Conducting regular sanitising and cleaning of all touchpoints (including coat hangers, surfaces, handles and payment terminals)
• Ensuring the number of people permitted in-store is not exceeded
• Accepting card payments only

Online

If you feel you need some fashion to cheer your mood, our online store has access to every style and we’re open 24/7. We have also increased hygiene practices in our warehouse in line with advice from the Australian Department of Health.

Shipping

Due to high demand we are currently experiencing some delivery delays in certain states. Our team and courier partners are processing orders as quickly as possible in-line with government regulations. We kindly ask for your patience during this time.

Customer Care Team

At Veronika Maine HQ we have adjusted the way we work and acting quickly in-line with advice from the Australian Government Department of Health, continually reinforcing safety disciplines.

To date we have implemented flexible hours and the ability to work from home. This applies to our Customer Care Team. As a result, there may be longer than usual wait times to speak with our team. Do the ten to keep you and our community safe:

  1. Wash your hands with soap regularly for at least 20 seconds
  2. Sanitise your hands
  3. Cough into your elbow or tissue
  4. Avoid touching your face
  5. Avoid human touch-contact including hugging and shaking hands
  6. Regularly clean surfaces with anti-bacterial wipes including your mobile phone and computer
  7. Use plastic to tap pay – avoid handling cash
  8. Use an object to press lift buttons not your bare finger
  9. Use disposable rubber gloves when touching door handles, petrol dispensers etc.
  10. Maintain social distancing of at least 1.5m apart
