Veronika Maine & Afterpay Competition

The ‘Win a wardrobe with Afterpay’ competition is open to all Australian and New Zealand residents 18 years or older who make a purchase as a Veronika Maine Privilege member using Afterpay in selected Veronika Maine stand alone stores. Upon making a purchase attached to their member profile, members will be automatically entered in the competition and have the chance to win a Veronika Maine gift card.The promoter is Cue Clothing Co. at Level 7, 50 Holt Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010. The promotion partner is Afterpay Pty Limited ABN 15 169 342 947 located at Level 5, 406 Collins St Melbourne, VIC Australia 3000.The competition is available between Friday, 16 2019 August until Sunday, 18 August 2019 in the selected stores below during store hours (see hours here https://www.cue.cc/Stores). There will be a total of 7 winners and the total prize fund is $6,000. Individual prizes will not exceed $1,000 and vary per store as stated below:

  • Wintergarden - $1,000
  • Rundle Mall - $1,000
  • MetCentre - $1,000
  • Karrinyup - $1,000

Winners will be contacted by telephone or email, and may be announced across social media, website or emails on Wednesday, 21 August.  The onus is on the winner to provide the correct contact information in order to deliver the prize.  All risk related to delivery of the prize transfers to the winner upon confirmation that the prize has been sent by registered post. The gift card will be delivered to the winner’s nominated mailing address within one (1) month of the draw.If the promoter is unable to contact a winner/s after having made reasonable efforts and a prize remains unclaimed, any unclaimed prizes will be entered into a redraw which will be held by the promoter Cue Clothing Co. at Level 7, 50 Holt Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010, Australia, on Tuesday 19 November 2019 at 10.00am AEDT. Any redraw winners will be notified by telephone or email on Wednesday, 20 November.The promoter’s decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered.Participation by each entrant is deemed to be in acceptance of these promotional terms and conditions.Entries from employees, directors, officers and other staff of the promoter and promotion partner and immediate families of such employees, directors, officers and other staff will not be accepted.Gift Cards are valid for 36 months and are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged. Gift Cards will be issued in either AUD or NZD dependent on the store location. If issued in AUD, they can only be used online or in Australia stand-alone stores. Gift Cards issued in NZD can be used online or in New Zealand stores.   1. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Orders delivered within Australia are inclusive of GST. Due to the higher cost of managing International orders, the displayed product price includes a built in cost component of 10% for deliveries made outside of Australia. The displayed price on the product information page is inclusive of this cost, and is (Australian) GST exclusive. We endeavour to ensure that our pricing is accurate and current. Our prices are detailed within the individual product listings and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we undertake to fulfil your order at the price listed at the time you ordered. 

Product Descriptions

  1. We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.
  2. Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.

Product Orders

  1. We endeavour to ensure that our product listings are current however we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.
  2. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Our prices are detailed within the individual product listings and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.
  3. Packaging and postage is an additional charge, calculated at time of purchase in accordance with our shipping policy.
  4. When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact and credit card details. We undertake to take due care with this information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.
  5. We undertake to accept or reject your order immediately after placing such order, however in some circumstances this may take two (2) business days to process. If we have not responded to you within two (2) business days, your offer is deemed to be rejected. We are not required to give reasons for rejecting your offer to purchase however the most likely reason for rejecting your offer will be that information provided to us appears to be incorrect or payment method has been declined. You will be advised if an item is out of stock.
  6. Once you have submitted an order, you may not cancel that order even if our acceptance or rejection of your offer is still pending.
  7. Delivery of your ordered product/s will be as set out on our website. Please refer to our deliveries section for further information. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment. Our terms of payment are set under payments information.
  8. All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we despatch the goods.

Order Cancellation Due To Error

  1. Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction. Where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited.

Force Majeure

If necessary the invalid provision will be deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
