Shipping Methods & Costs
Whilst we make every effort to ship your order within the timeframes supplied, unforeseen delays in shipping during peak trade times may occasionally occur. Peak trade times may include special promotions, mid-season sale, end of season sale, and holiday periods. In the event that you have paid for shipping and your order is delayed during a peak trade period, please contact our customer service department for a shipping refund.

A final shipping cost will be automatically calculated when completing your purchase at Checkout, based on the delivery location, service selected and Veronika Maine Privilege membership, though a summary of associated costs are also listed below for you. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If shipping to a business please include the business name and full address in the 'Shipping Information' upon Checkout.
- For all online orders Australia-wide standard shipping is free for orders over $100.
- Standard shipping is $6 for orders under $100.
- For all online orders Australia-wide express shipping is free for orders over $200.
- Express shipping is $8 for orders under $200.
All shipping rates are for online orders only and do not apply for purchases made in Veronika Maine stand alone or David Jones stores. Please contact these stores directly for their shipping rates.

Track My Order
Orders received after 3:00pm AEST or outside of AEST business hours will be dispatched on the next business day (excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse an email will be sent with your parcel tracking number and a link with which you can click to check the status of your delivery.
All parcels require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If delivery of a parcel cannot be made, the driver will leave a delivery card at the nominated delivery address. If this occurs an email will also be sent to notify you of the attempted delivery and the location of the parcel for collection.
To collect the parcel the delivery card must be presented with a form of photo ID, and parcels must be collected within 10 business days from the date it is received by the local post office. If an undelivered parcel is not collected within 10 business days, it will be returned to us and you will be notified via email. Redelivery is charged at an additional $8 for standard shipping, and $10 for express shipping.
