We are excited to introduce On Demand delivery in partnership with Uber and Shippit.
Simply shop online and if your selected style is available in a Veronika Maine store near you, you’ll see the ‘Uber On Demand’ delivery option at checkout.
The estimated delivery time will display in checkout. This delivery time is valid for 15 minutes only and will update every 15 minutes. The delivery time may exceed 1 hour and is dependant on delivery location and availability of style and drivers.
The cost of On Demand delivery will vary depending on your delivery location and this will be calculated in checkout.
Orders must be placed between 10am and 3.30pm any day of the week (including weekends).
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes and parcel lockers using this service, as deliveries must be signed for.
Please ensure someone will be available to receive your delivery to avoid it being returned to us.

- Your favourite store will be automatically set as your closest Veronika Maine store depending on your current location. You can change this by either clicking through at the top of your screen, or when searching for availability of a style. Our collect in-store option is exclusive to Veronika Maine stores and excludes our David Jones and Myer locations.
Collecting Your Order
- You will be notified once your order is ready, so please ensure you wait for this email and text message before visiting your chosen store.
- All orders completed using the collect in-store option will require a valid mobile number to be supplied in order to receive a collection notification. These text messages cannot be opted out of.
- If an item is available in store, and the store has more than 2 hours left of trading, you will be able to collect the item on the same day, otherwise, it will be available in-store the next day.
- Items not available in the collection store but available in the distribution centre will show as being available within 1-3 business days. These items will be sent to your nominated store and you will be notified once they arrive and are ready for collection.
- Should you wish to make any changes to your order, contact our customer service team for assistance (details below) rather than contacting the collection store directly.
- When collecting your order in-store, you will need to show a copy of the invoice emailed to you once we have advised that your order is ready. You may also be asked to show photo ID at the point of collection.
Collection Times
- If a Click & Collect order is not collected within three weeks of placing the order, the order will be cancelled and refunded back onto the original method of payment. This will be communicated via email to the email address provided for the order.
Other
- Any items chosen for delivery to your residential or business address will adhere to current shipping standards.
- Our online returns policy applies to all purchases made online, regardless of whether they are delivered or collected in-store.
- In-store collection is currently only available at Veronika Maine stores within Australia and New Zealand, excluding David Jones, Myer and clearance stores.

What options do I have when shipping internationally?
We provide guaranteed order totals at checkout and no hidden fees, cost-effective international shipping, and much more. Your options will depend on your delivery country and will be displayed at checkout.
How are duties and taxes calculated?
Duties (or customs tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities. They are determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within checkout. If applicable, you will have to pay duty and tax/VAT at checkout.
Will I need to pay any additional charges when my order arrives?
All duty and tax/VAT will be calculated and paid during checkout, so there will be no additional costs due upon delivery. If there are any issues with this, please contact [email protected] to assist.
Will you provide international tracking?
You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched on the same or next business day Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) depending on the time you place your order relative to Sydney time (this is where your order is being shipped from).
Whilst we make every effort to ship your order as quickly as outlined above, unforeseen delays in shipping during peak trade times may occasionally occur. Peak trade times may include special promotions, seasonal sales and holiday periods (including public holidays). Can I ship an order to a country I don’t live in?
Yes, we allow international gifting, in that you can receive a guaranteed order total for an order that is shipping internationally. This can be an option if you’re traveling or living overseas.
Authority to Leave
To limit contact when delivering orders, carriers will be maintaining their default contactless delivery methods.
This means all deliveries (unless deemed unsafe to do so) will automatically default to authority to leave (ATL) where possible and drivers will not be requesting a physical signature from the customer/receiver.
If no one is available to sign for your order, the driver will follow the delivery instructions that were provided at the checkout or in-store. By selecting one of the below delivery instructions in checkout, you will be authorising the driver to leave your order at the nominated shipping address without requiring you to sign for delivery.

- Leave out of the weather

- Take to the nearest post office

If you don’t have a safe place for the parcel to be left, please select ‘Take to the nearest Post Office/Parcel Collection Point’ in checkout.
In selecting options 1,2,3 or 5 (as listed above), the only confirmation of delivery that will be available to prove receipt of your order will be obtained from the driver as their will be no signature taken. Thus, Veronika Maine cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged as a result of selecting delivery options 1,2,3 or 5.
The courier will only leave your order if there is a safe place to leave this. In the instance there is no safe place to leave the parcel, the driver will return the parcel to a post office or collection point.
If you opted for the driver to take your parcel to the nearest post office, the driver will leave a delivery card at the nominated delivery address. If this occurs an email will also be sent to notify you of the attempted delivery and the location of the parcel, once it has been redirected to the nearest Australia Post Office for collection.
To collect the parcel the delivery card must be presented with a form of photo identification. Parcels must be collected within 10 business days from the date it is received by the local Post office. If the parcel is not collected within this timeframe it will be returned to sender.
